Your whole week, organised in one place.
A real recording of Marlo: your dashboard, posts, seasonal packs, menu and plan, a click apart.
The problem
Posting every week shouldn't be another shift.
Diners check a place's Instagram before they book. Most restaurants try one of four routes. Pick one and see where it leads.
Often with a minimum term. And they still need you to explain the menu, send photos and approve everything.
Typical UK costs from October 2026 pricing guides and hospitality job ads. Real quotes vary.
How it works
From your menu to your feed in three steps.
Set up once in about 15 minutes. After that it's a few minutes a week.
Step 01
Add your menu and photos
Your dishes, prices and a few photos of your food. Marlo builds every post from these.

Our promise

Nothing goes out without your OK
Every post waits for your approval. Only if you switch on automatic scheduling does Marlo schedule them itself, and you can still cancel any post before it goes out.
Your food, never stock photos
Posts use your own photos. Any new angle of a dish is made from your own photo of that dish, never invented from nothing.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
The straight answers restaurant owners ask us for, before they sign up.
01How much does it cost?+
£129 a month, paid by card. There's no setup fee and no contract: cancel anytime from your Billing page and you won't be charged again.
02Is there a free trial?+
No. You can sign up and add your restaurant, menu and photos before paying, then subscribe to get your first week of posts. The clips on this page are real recordings of the app, so you can see exactly what you get.
03Which platforms does it post to?+
Instagram and Facebook. Instagram needs to be a Business or Creator account, which is free and takes a minute to switch on in the Instagram app.
04Will the posts sound like us?+
You tell Marlo your tone, your story, and what to always or never say. Every post comes in three tones to pick from, and you can edit any word before it goes out.
05Do you use AI?+
Yes, to help write the captions from your menu and details, and to make new angles of your dishes from your own photos. Nothing is posted until you approve it, unless you switch on automatic scheduling yourself.
06Do I need photos?+
A few of your food, yes. Your phone is fine. Marlo uses your own photos, never stock images.
07What if I don't like a post?+
Edit it, pick another tone, try a different photo, or reject it. Rejected posts are never published.
08Do you see my Instagram or Facebook password?+
No. You log in with Meta directly when you connect, and Marlo only gets permission to post for you. You can disconnect at any time.
09What happens if I cancel?+
Posting stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and your accounts are disconnected. Your menu, photos and posts stay in Marlo until you delete your account.
